Trying to sell the Townhouse!

Since we moved back in June, we have had difficulty trying to sell our townhouse. We had an open house today and our realtor said that five groups came to see it but none seemed really interested. Gotta love this crazy economy. Hopefully it will sell soon, I can't handle two mortgage payments on two teacher salaries!

One Lucky Cat!

So we were on our way home from a doctor's appointment when we stopped off to hit a the shops in downtown Ephrata. As we were walking down the street my wife noticed this cute little kitten meandering on the porch of a coffee shop. It was tiny. We felt bad for the poor thing and were afraid it was going to run into traffic. Shelly went into the coffee shop to ask if they knew anything about the little gray and white kitten. The owner said they knew nothing about it and there were no homes nearby. To make a long story short.... We know have a six-week old kitten named Lucky! Shelly, who has always been opposed to us getting a cat was now the one responsible for it, especially after the $94 vet visit.
